Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility


  1. Returns should begin within 30 days of purchase. This implies that customers are expected to reach out to support or make their returns within this period - returns requested after 30 days will not be entertained and will be rejected.

  2. Products should be in an unused state, should be in their original state, must have all the original packaging, labels, manuals and accessories. You cannot send back any item that contains traces of use, wear or has lost parts.

  3. Products such as filters or cleaning kits or any component that the customer has used or installed can never be returned. They cannot be returned even during the 30-day period because of hygienic and product integrity factors.


2. Return Procedure


  1. With 30 Days of Product Delivery Email us on info@ventac.in or Call us on 011-4125-3733 for Purchase Return Request & Return Authorization (RA) Number.

  2. After verifying the return, the customer support department will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and specify the proper shipping address to which the product should be shipped. This guarantees the integrity of the returned is recorded and channeled appropriately in order to be processed.

  3. Lest the process can be simplified and speedy, the customer needs to conspicuously put the RA number on the exterior of the back parcel. Packages with no labels on the RA can be delayed or rejected during the returns process.

  4. To avoid loss or damage during transit, customers should use a credible carrier with tracking and insurance option to ship the return. The customer will cover the entire shipping expenses unless the payment is due to some fulfillment or product malfunction by the dealer.


3. Our Policy of Refund


  1. Once the returned product is received, it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure it is in good condition and that it has fulfilled the specifications of the return policy. Based on this assessment, you will promptly be informed about the returned approval or rejection.

  2. Once the refund is approved, the refund process will commence and the refunded file shall be charged back to the payment medium you used when purchasing the item. This refund will occur 7 to 10 days after approval.

  3. Note that the initial shipping cost incurred at the time of making the purchase cannot be refunded and would not be counted in the amount refunded regardless of whether the return was approved.


4. Exchange & Repair Policy

  2. For any kind of repair & replacement under warranty period we couldn't charge any fare after warranty over we take service charge as product issue required.


5. Policy for Damaged or Defective Items


  1. After getting delivery check out your product completey and in case of damage or defect issue inform as within 7 working days.

  2. Email you damaged product issue as photos & videos with complete description of damage part.


6. Non-Refundable Case


  1. Product Return without RA number couldn't accepatble.

  2. Items having marks of installation, misuse or customer mistake by which product got damage are not accepatble.

  3. Opened Consumables or Filters not comes under the refund policy.
